This scene has a footprint of 3 ¾ x 4¼ inches, (99 x 106 mm). The largest building is where the fire fighting
equipment is parked and stowed. The roof has four ventilators and two radio antennas. The two large doors
are roll up steel and opened almost all the way. The walls are well maintained but a little weathered; there are
no weeds or junk around.
The smaller building on the right is the administration and sleeping quarters. The roof has an air conditioning
and ventilator. The small garage has space for the fire chief’s car or a small pickup. There is lots of signage
all around including a Fallout Shelter sign, infirmary, Smokey Bear and a classic recruitment poster.
Price is $ 79.00 plus $5.50 S & H via Priority mail.

BRIAN BAXTER TRANSFER C0.
|
This commercial building has a footprint of 3 x 7 inches, 74 x 176 mm. It is free-lanced and in a style of
architecture suitable just about anywhere, modern or steam era. The base is thin plywood and has two holes for
light insertion. Piles of "crates" help conceal the lights or wires that you install. The track side is somewhat plain
with three steel, lightly rusted doors. The walls are weathered but well maintained. The road side has another
smaller platform with a large steel door and three old wooden doors ready to load trucks. The forklift is scratch
built and is removable and part of the scene as are it's driver and the two other figures. The curved roof is
covered in tar paper and has two brass vents. The fence is by Miller Engineering Micro Structures.
Price is $135.00
plus $10.00 S & H
via Priority mail.
This Twelve Story Building stands almost seven inches tall.
This impressive building is totally scratch-built and
has a footprint of 5 x 9 3/4 inches, (130 x 245mm).
It includes fifteen Preiser figures and seven
handmade trees. It is built on sheet styrene and foam
board.
In the past I have concentrated on small, old Western
or Mission Style buildings and industries that
belonged on the wrong side of the tracks. This is
twelve-story modern building that stands a full
6 ¾ inches (170mm) tall. It has one hundred eighty
nine (189) windows and forty-three (43) doors, all
hand-cut. There are two ramps leading up to the
entrance level and four stairs.
Autos NOT included.
This building will be shipped in a custom-made foam-core box. Price is $ 325.00 plus $ 25.00 S&H via priority mail.

Santa Fe Style Freight and Passenger Station.
|
This small station has a footprint of 41/4 x 2 1/2 inches, 107 x 64 mm. It is free-lanced but representative of
South Western railroads. The windows are modified Tichy and Grandt Line, the base is thin plywood and has two
holes for light insertion. There are plenty of details and signage as well as two passengers on a bench. The flat
roof is graveled while the other has rolled tar paper much like the station at CHAMA. The freight side is separate
from the passenger side so you van light either or both.
