I have been a professional artist since 1972 and a modeler since I was four years old. All
the models, kits, details and dioramas you see for sale on this web site have been
handcrafted by me and are of top quality and craftsmanship. Many are one-of-a-kind, never to
be replicated. You may click on any picture to magnify it, I do not hide bad worksmanship
with small fuzzy pictures.
MY PERSONAL GUARANTY.
As always I want your satisfaction. Pictures of my work are always sharp and can be
enlarged to show crisp details as well as minor imperfections that occur with hand-made
models and details. I realise that sometimes, for some reason or another, you may not
like how a certain model looks in the flesh as opposed to what you saw in the pictures.
You may return it for a full refund. See below for return procedure.

SHIPPING and HANDLING.
Most items are sent USPS Priority Mail unless stated otherwise , if you desire another
method please let me know at the time of purchase, but be aware that I live in the
boonies and having to drive forty plus miles to go to Fed ex will delay shipment.
I have shipped all over the world without any breakage. The most fragile and intricate
models are packed in a special custom-made foam core box. The cost of making this
box is reflected in the shipping and HANDLING charges and may add a maximum of $
10.00 to the total cost. This is unavoidable.
INSURANCE.
Within the US purchases under $75.00 are usually shipped uninsured. More
expensive items are insured, the cost of insurance is reflected in the S & H quoted
when you make your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS.
I ship all over the world, airmail. Insurance is not included and usually not necessary.
The buyer may elect to purchase insurance if they so desire, at cost, it is expensive. I
pack well but cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
RETURNS.
If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return your purchase for a full refund.
However you MUST first email me for return instructions and the refund will be made
upon receipt of the item(s).
If the item was broken during shipment contact your carrier if insured, if not, I still want
all the pieces back.
